The course is divided into three parts: chest, biceps, triceps, back and legs. Mike Menttser was a bodybuilder, businessman, author and philosopher. He was born Nov. 15, 1951 in the German town near Philadelphia in Pennsylvania.
A couple of years his family moved 60 miles to the west, the Euphrates. It was a small farming town in the same state. Once, when Mike was 11 years old, the store he saw kulturistichesky magazine and in his words just fell in love with the sport. Began taking steroids at age 19. In 1971 he made his first appearance in competition in bodybuilding.
These were the Mr. America contest, held in York, Pennsylvania. Then he took 10 th place. In 1971 Casey Vayator introduced Mike and Arthur Jones. This meeting fundamentally changed his outlook on training. In 1979, Mike participated in the contest, Mr. Olympia 79. In 1979, Olympia 79. He won in the heavy category, but lost easier to Frank Zane in the overall classification. Next Olympia-80 should be held in Sydney in Australia. There, Mike was counting on winning. In that year, Schwarzenegger has unexpectedly returned. In 1975, he won the sixth time in Olympia and has announced his retirement.In 1980 he arrived in Sydney before the competition, and none of the participants did not know about this turn of events. Many say that the result was rigged and that Arnold was not in such good form as in 1975. Menttser then became only the fifth place. After that Mike has ceased to take part in competitions, and concentrated on coaching. He has written several books and numerous articles in which at bodybuilding offered to look on the other side. Menttser developed a new system which provided a significant reduction in the number and duration of exercise and allocated much more time to rest.
