Tonight I put my body through the equivilent of exercise torture with Jillian Michaels 30 day 20 pound shred video. I have a Love/Hate relationship with this workout! I love the pushing my body to new levels of soreness, but I hate the fact that I feel like a complete wimpy girl with jiggly, wiggly octopus arms and legs while I am trying to keep up with Jillian! Good thing no one can see me ;)
I am determined to make it past Level One by my thirtieth birthday!!! The end result will be worth the effort

My fear of squirrels and bugs (and now the frigid cold) has kept me indoors for my workouts, so as you know Iíve been an Exercise TV fan. Recently I tried out fitness guru Jillian Michaelsí 6 Weeks Six-Pack 1 workout and to be honest, my abs may or may not still be on my living room floor.

6 Weeks Six-Pack 1 combines cardio with several ab exercisesóbecause we all know we canít spot train one area. But whatís also cool is that you work every part of your body in this 30 minute workout. I nearly had to reach for my inhaler just during the warm-up *smh* (well, to my defense my breathing patterns change when it gets colder out).
Anyway, this routine also includes modifications for beginners and advancements for more seasoned exercisers so itís a good, quick workout for virtually everyone. Jillian promises results in 6 weeks if you do this workout at least 5 times a week.
